For most permanent Level 2 installations, Auto Charge Pros generally prefers hardwired charging when supported by the equipment and electrical system. Hardwiring eliminates the plug-and-receptacle connection and can support higher output with compatible chargers.
A properly installed EV-rated receptacle can still be appropriate for compatible plug-in equipment or customers who value portability.

The charger is only the visible portion of the installation. When practical, Auto Charge Pros prefers concealed wiring rather than automatically running exposed conduit across finished walls and ceilings.
If drywall access is necessary, expected openings are discussed before installation whenever practical. Where included in the written estimate, removed drywall may be securely fastened back after the required electrical work and inspection. Full finishing—including tape, compound and sanding—is available separately when requested unless specifically included in the written scope.
