Cascades and Lowes Island

Cascades and Lowes Island include a large variety of single-family homes, townhomes and association-managed properties. Cascades maintains a formal design-review and covenant process for applicable exterior changes. Interior garage installations can present different association considerations from visible exterior chargers, conduit, raceway, disconnects or wiring.

Countryside

Countryside is a large planned Sterling community with its own design-review process for most exterior changes. A charger installed completely inside a private garage may involve different review considerations from equipment or wiring that changes the home’s exterior appearance. The actual scope matters.

Dominion Station

Dominion Station includes townhome and condominium properties with association-managed common areas and separate property considerations.
