South Riding contains single-family homes, townhomes, townhouse-style condominiums and other condominium properties with different garage, parking and electrical configurations. We do not assume that every property has the same panel size, garage layout, finished basement or wiring arrangement.
The installation plan considers the electrical-panel location, available electrical capacity, normal vehicle parking position, vehicle charge-port location, charger cable reach, garage-door movement, panel-to-charger wiring distance, finished walls or ceilings crossed by the circuit, and whether equipment would affect an exterior or common area.

Auto Charge Pros installs compatible Level 2 chargers for most major electric vehicles. For permanent home charging, hardwired charging is generally preferred when the charger and electrical system support it. A properly installed EV-rated receptacle can still be appropriate for compatible plug-in charging equipment.

The route from the panel to the charger affects materials and access. We account for framing, finished areas, garage transitions and the practical path before deciding how the circuit should be routed.

The charger should work with the way the vehicle is actually parked. We consider charge-port location, cable reach, garage-door movement, walking paths and mounting location.

A charger configured for 48 amps typically requires an appropriately designed 60-amp dedicated circuit when the charging equipment, vehicle capability, wiring method and available electrical capacity support that output.
A panel or service upgrade is not automatically required. When capacity is limited, possible solutions include reducing the charger's configured output, compatible EV load management, compatible charger power sharing, panel or feeder modifications, or a service upgrade when genuinely required.

Nick reviews the electrical panel, available breaker space, service rating, relevant equipment condition and the existing electrical demand that affects available charging capacity.

We evaluate the existing electrical demand and available capacity before recommending charging output. If the requested rate is not appropriate, we explain compatible options such as reduced output, load management, power sharing or other electrical improvements.

We identify the practical route between the electrical panel and proposed charger location, including finished ceilings, walls, framing transitions and other areas that may require access.

We confirm the vehicle’s normal parking position, charge-port location, cable reach, mounting location, garage-door clearance and everyday usability.

Nick personally installs the dedicated charging circuit and hardwired charger or approved EV-rated receptacle, completes the electrical connections, configures supported settings and tests the installation.

Applicable electrical permit and inspection requirements are coordinated according to the written project scope. Any drywall access, replacement or finishing follows the estimate and required inspection sequence; not every job can be completed in one visit.

A new residential EV charging circuit is subject to applicable Loudoun County electrical permitting and inspection requirements. Auto Charge Pros can handle the applicable electrical permit and coordinate the inspection when permitting is included in the written project scope.
County electrical permitting and community-association approval are separate processes. South Riding Proprietary maintains an exterior-modification review process—when a charger, conduit, raceway, disconnect, wiring or other equipment would alter the exterior of the home or lot, the homeowner should confirm the applicable community requirements.
An interior garage installation does not automatically require association approval. For condominium properties, the applicable condominium association may have separate requirements involving exterior modifications, common elements, assigned parking or property boundaries.
08 / workmanship
Where the property allows it, Auto Charge Pros prefers concealed wiring. Concealed wiring is not guaranteed in every home, and drywall access may be required when the circuit must cross finished walls or ceilings.
Where included in the written estimate, removed drywall may be securely fastened back after the required electrical work and inspection. Full finishing—including tape, compound and sanding—is available separately when requested unless specifically included in the written scope.
Auto Charge Pros provides a one-year workmanship and installed-materials warranty on covered installation work. Charging equipment may also include a separate manufacturer warranty.
